ARBORIALIS Luminarium

  • Aotea Square 291-297 Queen Street Auckland, Auckland, 1010 New Zealand (map)

Step inside a fantastical labyrinth of light and colour.

After their sell-out success in 2015, the Architects of Air return to Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland this April with their newest inflatable sculpture, ARBORIALIS Luminarium.

Inspired by the natural world, simulating the wonder and awe of being lost in a forest, ARBORIALIS Luminarium features a kaleidoscope of colour, light and an ethereal soundscape from the Song of Danu by Irish Composer Dr Michael Morris.

This colourful world will delight visitors of all ages and is the perfect place to wander, explore, relax or find an oasis of tranquility in the twists and turns of each tunnel within the luminarium.

This event is for all ages. Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult caregiver who attends the event with the child. One adult per every four children.

Children 3 years and under are admitted free of charge. Wheelchair accessible. Includes dark pathways/corridors and uneven terrain.
