The recipes and cooking techniques are designed for apartment residents with small kitchens and limited storage.

  • Our goal is simple: Swap at least one meat-based dinner each week for a homemade plant-based meal for one month.

·  2 Hands-On Cooking Classes: Held two weeks apart at our city centre community dining area.
