A free, climate-friendly community meal in the heart of the city.

Everybody Eats returns to Te Komititanga for its second year, getting people around the table for a shared, climate-friendly community meal.

Last year, more than 650 free meals were enjoyed, welcoming people from all walks of life for an afternoon of great kai and connection. This year, we’re doing it all again.

On Saturday 28th March, join us at Te Komititanga for a free, open-air community meal that puts people and the planet first. Everyone is welcome to take a seat, share food, and connect, no matter who you are or where you’re from.

The meal will be lovingly prepared by Everybody Eats, with elements made from rescued food - helping reduce food waste while serving up nourishing, delicious dishes.

This is a FREE, ticketed event. On the day, if they choose, guests will also have the option to pay it forward, helping fund future meals for people who need them most.

Everybody Eats in Te Komititanga is proudly supported by Auckland Live and the city centre targeted rate, and brought to life by Everybody Eats, and Interesting Things Aotearoa.
