Join us for a welcoming, hands-on bike workshop designed to build confidence, skills, and independence for women riders of all backgrounds.
We’ll begin with a short, accessible presentation covering the basic parts of a bicycle, common materials, and what to look for across different brands. From there, we’ll move outside for a practical maintenance demonstration, where you’ll see essential techniques in action and have guided time to work on your own bike. Throughout the session, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions—especially the ones you might normally hesitate to ask.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll know how to change a punctured tyre, oil your chain, disassemble and reassemble your bike for transport, carry out a general safety check, and understand the basic tools you need.
Bring along:
Your own bicycle (if you have one) and your curiosity.
