Join us at East for a Low-Carbon Dining Experience that highlights one of the most effective ways hospitality can reduce its climate impact: choosing plant proteins over high-emissions animal proteins.
This seasonal, plant-forward menu draws inspiration from modern Asian cuisine, celebrating bold, nature-led flavours and seasonal produce. Plant proteins are prioritised because they generate significantly lower carbon emissions than most animal proteins, recognising that how food is produced matters more to emissions than food miles alone.
This is a specially curated set menu at $69 per person, including a glass of wine. The menu will be available during both lunch (12–3pm) and dinner (5–9pm).
Alongside the dining experience, guests will gain insight into how practical choices from protein selection to thoughtful kitchen practices can meaningfully reduce carbon emissions in everyday dining, without sacrificing taste or enjoyment.
